All merchandise purchased for shipment is shipped by Ga Ga for kids via UPS.
Ga Ga for kids orders are filled as promptly as possible. We ship most orders to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. There is often a delay between the time that you place your order and the time it actually ships. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.
We offer two shipping methods: (1) Local/In-Store Pickup, which is free of charge; and (2) Standard Shipping via UPS (see rate table below).
When placing an order on our website, shipping will NOT be calculated at checkout. After your order is received, we will calculate the shipping total based on the shipping rates below and contact you with the total amount of your order (including shipping charges) before we process a charge on your credit card.

Sales Tax on merchandise will be applied to Michigan residents (6%).
Should you need to return or exchange an item to gagaforkids.com, you may do so within 10 days of date on your receipt. You may return items purchased at regular price only. We encourage exchanges and do offer store credits. All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes. Items purchased using promotional discounts, sale items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special occasion attire, custom orders and drop ship orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be unused and in original condition WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED and with the original receipt.
Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured.
1. To return items email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be received by Ga Ga for kids within seven days of receipt of RA#.
2. Write this number on the front of the package you are returning.
3. Please print out the email containing the RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return along with the returned merchandise.
Packages without a return authorization number on the package will be denied by our office and returned unopened.
Once a return item is processed you will be issued a store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item instead of a store credit you will need to contact us at 231.547.1600 to proceed.
Returning a Gift
If you need to return a gift, please note that we're unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Ga Ga for kids store credit or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Ga Ga for kids.
