ORDER CANCELATIONS
Once an order is submitted it may not be canceled. If the item is aplicable for a return, you will need to follow the Returns guidlines.
Online Purchase Returns
gagaforkids.com accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. ALL LINGERIE, HANDBAGS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, SPECIAL ORDERS, JELLYCAT and GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE FINAL SALE! This policy applies to online orders only.
All acceptable returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
All shipping charges and fees are non-refundable on returns. gagaforkids.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the seven (7) day return period. Package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange item(s) (email: gagaforkids@hotmail.com or call 231.547.1600). Returns on special orders are not accepted. Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as gagaforkids.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by gagaforkids.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return. (Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from gagaforkids.com). Items purchased at gagaforkids.com are accepted by delivery or in-person to our Charlevoix location. Item must have original tags and receipt.
***Gift Returns- If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or obtain store credit within the same 7 day window. Please follow the same return instructions.
Return Requirements
Contact us to request your return authorization and make sure your return is postmarked no later than 7 days from the date you received the order. Please send your request to gagaforkids@hotmail.com and allow 24 hours for a response. Be sure to include your first and last name, and order number with your return request. ALL SALE ITEMS, SWIM, UNDERWEAR, JEWELRY, JELLYCAT AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. This includes, but is not limited to, sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, undergarments, and decor. We do not accept returns on merchandise that HAS BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, ALTERED OR WASHED. We do not accept items that smell of Febreeze, cigarette smoke or any other distinct odor. Please return the item in the same condition we sent it to you with tags attached, neatly folded in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt/gift receipt.
Return Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance on return packages. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
Upon receipt of returned goods gagaforkids.com reserves the right to deny the return if it does not meet the company return policy requirements.
Refund Information
Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges and credit cards fees are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company's processing times, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments will be assessed a 30% restock fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
Defective Merchandise
All items are fully inspected and shipped in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
